Uncle Maddios Pizza Joint is hosting yet another spirit night for baseball next Wednesday, March 13th from 5-7.
The owner, Jonathon Schrader, has been very gracious to partner with CHS Baseball to use his restaurant as a means of fundraising for the program.
15% of ALL proceeds (everything sold during this time, not just food/drink sold to baseball families) will go to the Bears Baseball program!
Even if you aren't available to make the event yourself, tell your neighbors, friends & co-workers to show up on Wed, 3/13 from 5 to 7 pm and the Baseball team will reap the benefits.
Tell Uncle Maddio's you're from Cambridge High School!
In celebration of National Chili Day today, Feb. 28, Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint will give away free samples of its chili throughout the day.
Uncle Maddio's chili is created based on the company's founder Matt Andrew's grandfather's 80-year-old recipe. As chili parlors became popular in the 1930s and '40s, Frank "Scully" Andrew opened a small chain of "Scully's Chilli Parlors," located in Springfield, Ill. Christine R. Toney's book, The Magic of the Chilli, the Midwest Chilli History Cookbook, mentions "Scully's Chilli Parlor" as one of the few early pioneers.
"True to my grandfather Scully's recipe," Andrew said, "the Uncle Maddio's 'Scully's Chilli' tastes like your favorite, down-home bowl of chili. We use the same fresh ingredients as we do in all of our menu items and we make it in our restaurants daily. Pizza is our specialty, and that will never change. But chili is in the family."
Over the weekend, our newest Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint opened in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, GA -- and what an opening it was! There were 120 hungry customers in line when the doors opened. Each and every person in line received our signature free-pizza-for-a-year vouchers (that's 52 mouth-watering pizzas from Uncle Maddio's). Diners enjoyed not only the awesome taste of Uncle Maddio's food -- some for their very first time (we call them Maddio's Newbios) -- but face painting and an entertaining stilt walker. Earlier in the week while Uncle Maddio's staff was training and prepping to open, the restaurant offered up free food served with love to around 70 people each from Sober Living America and No Longer Bound.
Last week, Uncle Maddio's Kennesaw (GA) received the most amazing thank-you letter from a fan who had a special experience during her 8-year wedding anniversary dinner at the restaurant. We were humbled that the couple wanted to spend their special night with us -- Uncle Maddio's "Serves with Love," and so we were happy to share our love for great food with their love for each other!
To Whom it May Concern:
I just want to send an email of praise for the Uncle Maddio's in Kennesaw, Georgia. I work at Kennesaw State University, which is only about a block from the Uncle Maddio's. My husband and I eat there once-twice each week. We love the food, but most of all - the customer service is fantastic. We are always greeted so warmly, and the atmosphere is top notch!!
My husband called Uncle Maddio's last week and let them know that we were coming in today because it was our 8-year anniversary. My husband asked me where I wanted to eat for our anniversary, and I told him Uncle Maddio's! My husband simply wanted them to 'reserve' our little booth in the corner for us.
When we walked around the corner to our little table, my jaw just dropped!! Not only had they reserved our table with a sweet sign, there was chilled wine, 2 candles, and warm chocolate chip cookies waiting on us.
I simply cannot tell you how special it was that people who only know us from seeing us once each week to order food would go so above and beyond the call of their job to make us feel important. Each person there walked by our table to wish us a 'Happy Anniversary!' and ask us if they could get us anything. What was even more special, was that this service was no different than any other time we visited them! They always walk by and make sure that we are comfortable, that the food is great, and that everything is satisfactory.
Much praise and many recommendations for Uncle Maddio's in Kennesaw, Georgia!! Our loyalty has increased ten-fold, and we plan on sending many MANY more customers in that direction!!
Thank you so much!

We are proud of our franchise in Kennesaw for providing the gold standard in customer service and demonstrating exactly why Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint is the best pizza franchise around!
You probably already knew that Uncle Maddio's caters, but did you know that we do block parties? Oh yeah, that's right -- fresh, hot Uncle Maddio's pie for your whole neighborhood! On Tuesday, August 7, we sponsored the 27th Annual National Night Out (NNO) for the Brookhaven neighborhood in Atlanta. During NNO, neighborhoods throughout the county, state and nation are invited to join forces with police to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for local anticrime efforts, strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community partnerships, and send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back. The event involves over 11,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases around the world.
Uncle Maddio's was honored to take part in one neighborhood's recognition of their local police force. We showed our appreciation by handing out free pizza coupons -- what can we say, pizza is our love language. We heard lots of people commenting on the Uncle Maddio's deliciousness, and thanks to one friendly neighbor, we have photographic proof! (See all of our National Night Out pictures on our Facebook page.)
Uncle Maddio's is a great resource for catering at office parties, birthday parties, blog parties, and more. And while amazing pizza is our main currency, we also make gourmet salads, hot, toasted paninis, and rockin' desserts (our cannolis are to-die-for!) -- all "Served with Love," the Uncle Maddio's way.
Mark your calendars -- the newest Atlanta-area Uncle Maddio's is about to open its doors! Uncle Maddio's Kennesaw, located at 745 Chastain Road in Chastain Plaza with Starbucks and Firehouse Subs, will host its grand opening on Saturday, August 4, beginning at 11 a.m. The first 100 customers will receive FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR (one pizza per month)! Come out for your chance to win, come out to try Uncle Maddio's homemade pizza, gourmet salads, and toasted paninis, and come out for the rockin' party, complete with a stilt walker and face painting for the kids (and kids at heart!). See you on Saturday!
Yep, you read that right -- Uncle Maddio's now has gluten-free pizza in our kids' meals! Up until now, our awesomely delicious, thin and crispy gluten-free crust has been available only in a 9" pie. Now you can have it as a smaller 6" pizza in our combos and in kids' meals! Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint is the only restaurant in the nation to offer gluten-free pizza in kids' meals. Our gluten-free dough is made from a combination of rice, tapioca, and potato flours. Oh, and if you're looking for gluten-free ingredients to top your crust, we have more than 25 of them (see below).
At Uncle Maddio’s, we take special precautions to ensure that our crust is safer for people with gluten allergies. In order to prevent cross-contamination, our pizza makers take special steps when preparing and serving gluten-free pizza, including: putting on new gloves; using separate pans and utensils; and pulling toppings from fresh bins (when asked). The Uncle Maddio’s restaurant design allows you to watch your pizza being prepared directly in front of you, which means that if you have food allergies, you can make sure your order is accurate and safe.
Here's what our blogger friends have to say about gluten free at Uncle Maddio's:
Jessica Stewart, Louisville-area blogger at Allergic to Air and mother to a son with several food allergies:
"I can't tell you how excited I was to learn about Uncle Maddio's,” said Stewart. “Going out for pizza as a family was always such a hassle because we had to bring our own food. It makes my mama heart happy to know that we have Uncle Maddio's to add to our list of favorites!”
Anne Steib, Atlanta- area blogger at Gluten-Free Musings and a mother who has celiac disease:
"With their gluten-free options, I’m finally able to go out and eat pizza with my family,” she said. “Uncle Maddio’s gluten-free crust is thin, crispy and delicious. Plus, their toppings are fresh and most of them are gluten-free too!"
